How we started
Bright Paws Grooming opened its doors to give Windsor pet owners a calmer alternative to the big-box grooming counter: one dog or cat at a time, never rushed.
What we promise
Every groom is fear-free: we work at your pet's pace, take breaks when needed, and tell you honestly if a coat needs more time than one visit allows. Prices are posted, not quoted on the spot.

How do I book an appointment?
Use the Book now button to reach our online booking tool, or call us and we will find a time that works.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer the spot to another client.
How do I pay?
Cash, debit and major credit cards are all accepted at checkout, in person.
Do you take walk-ins?
We groom by appointment only, so every pet gets our full attention, but we are happy to fit you in on short notice when a slot opens up.
